Agile Delivery Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing engineering team, the full-time Agile Delivery Manager will manage JIRA workflows, track flow metrics, and facilitate agile ceremonies while ensuring consistent release processes in a regulated environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own JIRA administration, maintaining workflows, dashboards, and reporting standards
• Track and report on flow metrics and monitor bug backlog health in collaboration with engineering managers
• Facilitate Scrum of Scrums to identify and resolve cross-team dependencies and blockers

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in agile delivery, program management, or release management across software engineering teams
• Demonstrated expertise in JIRA administration, including configuration and reporting
• Experience managing release processes in regulated environments (e.g., 21CFR, SOC 2, HIPAA)
• Strong understanding of flow-based metrics and proven ability to improve cycle time or predictability
• Servant-leader mindset with a focus on coaching and process improvement
