Job Summary

Remote and full-time, the Agile Delivery Manager will serve as a strategic leader driving Agile maturity and delivery consistency across approximately 10 technology teams, partnering with Product Owners and Scrum Masters to enhance planning and execution for critical enterprise platforms.

Key responsibilities

Coaching teams on Agile best practices and facilitating quarterly planning sessions
Influencing delivery strategy and improving backlog quality while ensuring alignment with organizational objectives
Monitoring client experiences and providing consulting services on process improvement projects

Required qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Information Technology
At least 1 year of experience in an Agile leadership role
Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe practices
Experience with Azure DevOps for Agile reporting and metrics
