Agile Delivery Manager
Job Summary
Leading a team of Agile Delivery Leads, the full-time remote Manager, Falcon Complete will drive operational excellence, build agile practices, and ensure successful delivery of initiatives across multiple business units.
Key responsibilities
- Build and develop a high-performing team through effective hiring, coaching, and performance evaluations
- Partner with senior leadership to define and manage the agile transformation strategy and roadmap
- Establish team performance metrics and conduct regular reviews to demonstrate value delivery and identify optimization opportunities
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Engineering, Business Administration, or related disciplines
- 8+ years of experience in agile delivery, technical program management, or technical project management roles
- Expert knowledge of Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence) and agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
- Proven track record of building and scaling agile teams and practices in complex environments
- Experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making and improve efficiency
