Agile Delivery Owner

Job Summary

To support the organization's business objectives, the remote contract Agile Delivery Owner Lead will leverage agile practices to plan, manage, and deliver solutions while guiding agile teams toward maximizing business value and optimizing flow.

Key responsibilities

• Manage 1 - 2 agile delivery teams that are new to agile methodologies
• Coach teams on agile and product management practices
• Ensure effective coordination and transparency on delivery progress to stakeholders

Required qualifications

• A minimum of 7 years of experience as an Agile Delivery Owner, Scrum Master, Project Manager, or in an equivalent leadership role using agile practices
• OR a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or a Business-related discipline and at least 4 years of relevant experience
• Experience with industry-standard agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban
