Key Responsibilities

• Support the Retail Product Manager by providing insights on retail and customer team needs to enhance the THRIVE roadmap
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert for Customer Teams on THRIVE web, identifying gaps and proposing solutions
• Manage third-party relationships and assess industry coverage models to support deployment strategies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 5+ years of experience, preferably in Retail & CSE
• Extensive knowledge of the Confectionary Market across all classes of trade
