Agile IT Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Agile IT Project Manager with an Epic EMR background.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Epic-related project initiatives using Agile project management principles
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver project objectives
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and resource allocation across multiple initiatives

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 5+ years of IT project management experience, with at least 2 years focused on Epic EMR-related projects
• Solid understanding of Epic modules such as Resolute, Cadence, Prelude, or others
• Strong working knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban)
• Proven experience leading Agile teams in a healthcare or consulting environment
