Agile IT Project Manager

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Agile IT Project Manager with a focus on Epic EMR systems, the part-time contract role will lead cross-functional teams to implement and optimize healthcare technology projects while working remotely during Eastern Time Zone business hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Epic-related project initiatives using Agile project management principles
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver project objectives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 5+ years of IT project management experience, with at least 2 years focused on Epic EMR-related projects
• Solid understanding of Epic modules such as Resolute, Cadence, or Prelude
• Strong working knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban)
• Proven experience leading Agile teams in a healthcare environment
