Agile Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Agile Lead to guide cross-functional delivery teams in building effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coach cross-functional Agile teams to deliver high-quality solutions
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and support SAFe ceremonies to ensure timely delivery
• Serve as a primary liaison between stakeholders and delivery teams to align business goals with execution plans

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience leading Agile delivery teams in a technical environment
• Proven experience as an Agile Lead, Scrum Master, or Release Train Engineer in Agile/SAFe environments
• Strong proficiency in Jira and Confluence for backlog management and reporting
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate risks effectively
