Agile Lead

Job Summary

Driving the successful development and implementation of a healthcare interoperability platform, the full-time Agile Lead will facilitate agile methodologies, coach teams on continuous improvement, and ensure effective collaboration across technical implementation teams in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate on evolving the product delivery framework to support scalable delivery patterns
• Facilitate agile frameworks and processes for cross-functional teams, promoting value delivery and continuous learning
• Coach teams in capacity-based planning and the optimization of value flow, while proactively removing impediments to maintain project momentum

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Agile delivery, particularly in technical or software implementation environments
• Active agile practitioner certification (CSM, A-CSM, PSM, etc.)
• Experience with cloud infrastructure builds, platform implementations, and custom software development
• In-depth understanding of modern cloud infrastructure concepts (AWS, Azure, Kubernetes) and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
• Healthcare technology experience or familiarity with healthcare interoperability (FHIR standards, clinical integration, EHRs) is preferred
