Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Agile Organizational Change Management Leader.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute data-driven change management and communication strategies to improve employee awareness and adoption of enterprise changes
  • Design and implement training programs to equip employees with the skills and knowledge required for successful change adoption
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and effectiveness of change initiatives
Required Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of experience leading transformational programs for Business and IT organizations
  • 5+ years of relevant OCM consulting or industry experience supporting large scale projects using Agile delivery methodology
  • 5+ years of experience using Agile principles, practices, and methodologies
  • Proven experience as a Change Management Leader, preferably in a public sector setting
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, organizational development, or a related field
