Agile Practice Management Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Director - Agile Practice Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise delivery of complex technology initiatives aligned to government lines of business
• Manage annual portfolio budgets of $35M - $50M and oversee a team of 10-12 Agile Practice Leads
• Drive Agile adoption and develop change management plans to support Agile transformation and sustainability

Required Qualifications

• 10-15 years of professional experience, including 3-5 years in people management roles
• Experience managing budgets
• Proven experience implementing Agile practices in complex environments
• Familiarity with software delivery methodologies including SAFe and Waterfall
• Bachelor's degree preferred or relevant professional qualification
