Key Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise delivery of complex technology initiatives aligned to government lines of business
• Drive Agile adoption across the organization and manage annual portfolio budgets
• Develop and execute change management plans to support Agile transformation and sustainability

Required Qualifications

• 10-15 years of professional experience, including 3-5 years in people management roles
• Experience managing budgets
• Proven experience implementing Agile practices in complex environments
• Familiarity with software delivery methodologies including SAFe and Waterfall
• Mastery of decision-making and growth mindset principles
