Job Summary

Managing a team of agile practitioners, the full-time salaried Agile Practice Management Director will oversee Scrum events, coach team members, and drive continuous improvement initiatives while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Administer the change management plan to support the adoption and sustainability of agile practices
• Advise management on maximizing value delivery and return on investment (ROI) through agile methodologies
• Develop strategies to monitor and measure team progress using established metrics

Required qualifications

• 10-15+ years of work experience in a relevant field
• ICAgile Certified Professional (ICP) certification required
• Proven skills in execution, delivery, and business intelligence
• Mastery of problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Bachelor's degree preferred or relevant professional qualification
