Job Summary
A company is looking for an Agile Practitioner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage backlogs and drive performance improvements
- Facilitate agile ceremonies and ensure adherence to Scrum principles and practices
- Coach teams on agile best practices, align transformation efforts with business objectives, and promote a culture of continuous improvement
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Agile Practitioner or Scrum Master
- Expertise in Scrum framework and other agile methodologies
- Proven track record of leading successful agile transformations within large organizations
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar certification preferred
