Agile Practitioner 3

Job Summary

Driving Agile adoption and transformation, the full-time Agile Practitioner 3 will lead delivery excellence across enterprise-scale initiatives while working remotely with cross-functional teams to optimize performance and foster continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Agile delivery across multiple teams, ensuring alignment with enterprise goals and adherence to Agile principles
• Act as a liaison between business, engineering, product, and data science teams, managing stakeholder expectations and providing program updates
• Coach teams on Agile best practices and identify opportunities for improving team performance and collaboration

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of overall IT/technology experience
• 8+ years of experience in Agile delivery, project management, or program management roles
• 8+ years of experience with Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe
• Experience managing enterprise-scale programs with multiple stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to manage dependencies, risks, and delivery across cross-functional teams
