Job Summary
Driving high-impact transformation, the full-time Agile Practitioner - AI Transformation will lead the rollout of AI-enabled delivery lifecycles, design change management strategies, and implement enterprise work management tools while working remotely from anywhere within the U.S.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the adoption of AI-enabled delivery lifecycles and shape development of enterprise-approved AI capabilities
- Design and execute change management strategies to drive new ways of working and align leadership messaging
- Implement enterprise work management tools and define success measures for productivity gains
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience leading enterprise-scale Agile transformations or large-scale change initiatives
- 3+ years of experience designing change management strategies and driving stakeholder alignment
- 3+ years of experience with data analysis and performance metrics to evaluate delivery outcomes
- 2+ years of experience with AI-enabled workflows and modern delivery practices
- 2+ years of experience establishing and leading Communities of Practice or training programs
