Agile Process Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Agile Process Manager to lead and support multiple initiatives using Agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple software and application development projects using Agile frameworks
• Run cross-functional processes and continuous improvement efforts with minimal supervision
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and monitor project health, team velocity, and performance metrics

Required Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Project Manager in cross-functional application development projects
• At least 2 years of experience working in an Agile environment
• Demonstrated ability to independently run initiatives in ambiguous environments
• Strong technical fluency, including experience with CI/CD workflows and API interactions
