Job Summary

A company is looking for an Agile Product Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and ensure business systems remain operational
Act as a liaison between multiple departments for business system operations, upgrades, and maintenance
Oversee and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for any upgrades to the business systems

Required Qualifications

High School diploma/GED and three years of experience in application environments with monitoring system operations, or an Associate's degree and one year of experience
Certification is required; applicable certifications may substitute for education and experience
Must have a valid driver's license
Must reside within the United States
