Agile Product Analyst

Job Summary

Agile Product Analyst, a full-time position responsible for monitoring business systems, liaising between departments for system operations, and overseeing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for upgrades.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure business systems remain operational
• Act as a liaison between multiple departments for business system operations, upgrades, and maintenance
• Oversee and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for any upgrades to the business systems

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma/GED with three years of experience in application environments or an Associate's degree with one year of experience
• Certification required; applicable certifications may substitute for education and experience requirements
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Must reside within North Carolina
