Agile Product Owner

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Agile Product Owner - Risk Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the entire value chain from ideation to lifecycle management, making data-driven decisions to optimize product features
• Oversee the agile team's product backlog, prioritizing work based on changing requirements and defining Minimal Viable Products
• Facilitate sprint planning and retrospectives, translating business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or Technology; Master's Degree preferred
• 2+ years of Agile/DevSecOps experience
• 5+ years of experience in a financial institution
• 5+ years of experience leading teams and influencing stakeholders across all organization levels
• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or related certification preferred
