Agile Product Owner

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Agile Product Owner - Risk Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the product backlog, prioritize tasks, and ensure alignment with customer and stakeholder needs
• Guide the agile team through sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives while translating business requirements into user stories
• Monitor industry trends and product pain points to optimize the product portfolio and drive continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or Technology; Master's Degree preferred
• 2+ years of Agile/DevSecOps experience; 5+ years in a financial institution preferred
• 5+ years of experience leading teams and influencing employees across all organizational levels
• 5+ years of experience enabling business capabilities through technology
• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or related certification preferred
