Agile Product Owner

Job Summary

Leading the execution of financial experience solutions, the full-time remote Agile Product Owner will translate product strategy into actionable work for engineering teams, ensuring a well-defined and prioritized backlog while managing cross-team dependencies.

Key responsibilities

• Translate the Finance Experience roadmap into a prioritized backlog for engineering teams
• Establish backlog planning discipline by refining and prioritizing user stories ahead of development cycles
• Collaborate with Product Management to define user stories and acceptance criteria focused on financial solutions and patient experience outcomes

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a Product Owner or product role within Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Strong understanding of industry, market, and product trends
• Experience with backlog management tools such as JIRA
• Familiarity with cloud-based concepts in a SaaS environment
• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent certification preferred
