Agile Product Owner

Job Summary

To support a dynamic team, the full-time Agile Product Owner will collaborate with stakeholders and development teams to manage product requirements, prioritize the backlog, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development team to achieve FAA milestones and enhance customer satisfaction
• Create and maintain a prioritized product backlog, including writing clear user stories and acceptance criteria
• Communicate project status, risks, and updates effectively to stakeholders and management

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline and 4 to 8 years of relevant experience, or a master's degree with 2 to 6 years of experience
• At least 3 years of experience as a Product Owner in an agile environment
• Proven ability to manage technical teams effectively
• Strong understanding of software lifecycle and Agile methodologies
• Experience with tools such as JIRA and Confluence
