Agile Product Owner

Job Summary

To support initiatives within the Global Specialty Business Product value stream, the Agile Product Owner will manage the team backlog, lead agile execution for underwriting capabilities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in an onsite capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and actively manage the team backlog, ensuring alignment with Global Specialty priorities and decomposing features into actionable user stories
• Lead day-to-day agile execution, supporting sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives while collaborating with IT and delivery teams for timely delivery
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to refine priorities, clarify requirements, and promote agile best practices across teams

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in Agile Product Management
• Experience working with IT teams and business partners in an agile environment
• Familiarity with underwriting capabilities, including pricing and rating tools
• Proficiency in using agile tools such as Rally for work management
• Knowledge of business insurance is a plus
