Agile Product Owner

Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Agile Product Owner will manage the Product Backlog for the Sales, Underwriting, and Producer Agile Release Train, ensuring the delivery of high business value through detailed user stories and effective stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Managers to break down Program Epic work into features and create detailed user stories
• Engage with Scrum Masters and team members to ensure execution of features and conduct necessary Product Owner ceremonies
• Lead prioritization efforts based on business value and collaborate with stakeholders to manage scope and risks effectively

Required Qualifications

• 5 to 10 years of technology project experience
• Proven ability to engage and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
• Experience in an agile delivery environment
• Strong background in User Interface experience and requirements
• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
