Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Owner Manager to lead and develop Agile Product Owners while shaping product strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coach Agile Product Owners in backlog management and value-focused decision-making
• Align product roadmaps with strategic initiatives and measurable business outcomes
• Act as a people manager for Agile Product Owners, supporting their career development and performance management

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Agile Product Owner or in a comparable agile product role
• At least 2 years of people management or team leadership experience
• 10 or more years of experience in technology or technology-enabled business environments
• Demonstrated ability to align product execution to strategic business goals
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience preferred
