Agile Program Director

Job Summary

Managing the Agile Release Train (ART) remotely, the full-time Agile Program Director will facilitate ART events, drive continuous improvement, and oversee Scrum Masters while ensuring transparency in budget and delivery reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and facilitate PI Planning, driving alignment to shared objectives and managing ART Syncs to address dependencies and impediments
• Operate and improve the Program Kanban, track ART predictability measures, and support budget and delivery reporting for informed decision-making
• Coach Scrum Masters and teams on Lean Agile practices, fostering a culture of servant leadership and continuous improvement

Required qualifications

• 6+ years in Agile delivery, with 2+ years in a program-level facilitation or coaching role
• Proven experience facilitating PI Planning and ART level ceremonies in a SAFe environment
• Experience managing Scrum Masters or Agile team coaches
• Demonstrated proficiency with ART/Program Kanban and risk management techniques
• Proficiency with Agile ALM tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira
