Job Summary

A company is looking for an Agile Program Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide strategic leadership for the successful execution of Agile programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
Oversee and coordinate the activities of multiple Agile teams working on interconnected products
Develop and execute comprehensive program plans, including scope, timelines, resource allocation, and budget

Required Qualifications:

Proven experience as an Agile Program Manager, leading complex initiatives from initiation to delivery
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology Management or Engineering
PMP, CSM, ITIL, and/or SAFe certifications (Certification would be a plus)
Minimum of eight (8) years of IT Project Management experience, focusing on agile projects
