Agile Program Manager

Job Summary

Seeking an Agile Program Manager, the full-time remote position will lead complex programs focused on VMware solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and facilitating Agile ceremonies across multiple workstreams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Agile program teams to deliver enterprise IT solutions in VMware-based environments
• Oversee program delivery across multiple workstreams, maintaining alignment with timelines, budgets, and quality standards
• Track and report on program performance, including risks, issues, and customer feedback

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of program management experience in IT infrastructure or cloud-based programs
• Strong background in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and program leadership
• Proficient with Agile project/program tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Trello
• PMP and/or Agile certifications (e.g., PMI-ACP, CSM, SAFe) required
• Experience or familiarity with VMware technologies (e.g., VCF, vSphere, vSAN) preferred
