Agile Program Manager

Job Summary

Driving strategic outcomes through disciplined Agile delivery, the full-time Agile Program Manager will oversee a portfolio of operational improvement initiatives, manage the internal release process, and facilitate Agile practices while working remotely across various locations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Agile delivery for strategic initiatives, managing scope, timelines, and stakeholder outcomes
• Develop delivery roadmaps and communication plans to ensure transparency and alignment across teams
• Own and manage the internal release management process, coordinating cross-platform integrations and software upgrades

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with Scrum and Agile methodologies in a technology delivery environment
• PMI-ACP, CAPM, PMP, CSM, or equivalent Agile or program management certification
• Experience in ITSM process implementations and Continuous Service Improvements
• Proficient in managing release processes in a technology or managed services environment
• Post-secondary education in Project Management, Information Technology, or Communications preferred
