Agile Project Manager

Job Summary

To support a mission-critical DoD software development program, the full-time remote Agile Project Manager will coordinate Agile planning and execution activities, manage project tools and metrics, and facilitate collaboration among technical teams and Government stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Agile project management tools for backlog management, sprint planning, and reporting
• Coordinate Agile project activities across cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with program objectives
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and work with leadership to resolve issues

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
• Current Agile certification (e.g., CSM, SAFe Agilist, PMI-ACP) that remains valid throughout employment
• Minimum 3 years of Agile project management experience in DoD software development or modernization
• Experience with Agile project management platforms such as Jira or Azure DevOps
• Active Secret Security Clearance
