Agile Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Agile Project Manager to lead product development projects in the EdTech sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product and program managers to align product goals with business priorities
• Translate high-level objectives into actionable plans and establish value-driven delivery plans
• Mentor team members on agile methodologies and facilitate knowledge-sharing across teams

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in an agile, remote environment, with at least 1 year in a program or project manager role
• Experience in educational publishing or the EdTech industry is preferred
• A degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• Agile certifications preferred (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster, Certified Scrum Product Owner)
• Strong commitment to operational excellence and the ability to work independently
