Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate team-level Agile ceremonies and maintain backlog hygiene
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineering Managers to ensure clear and complete requirements
• Generate operational reports and provide status updates to stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in Agile project coordination or team-level project management
• Solid understanding of Agile delivery rhythms and team execution patterns
• Strong knowledge of Jira and Confluence
• Interest in AI tools and automation practices
• Bonus: experience in healthcare, adtech, or data-centric product environments
