Agile Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Agile Project Manager to lead and execute software development projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end delivery of software initiatives, managing scope, timelines, and outcomes
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and coach teams on Agile principles and practices
• Act as the primary delivery contact for stakeholders, ensuring alignment and risk management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in Agile project management, specifically in software development
• Strong knowledge of project planning, execution, and Agile methodologies
• Experience managing project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation
• PMP or Agile-related certification preferred (PMI-ACP, SAFe, CSM, or equivalent)
