Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate team-level Agile ceremonies and maintain backlog hygiene
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering Managers to ensure clear requirements and track inter-team dependencies
• Generate operational reports and provide status updates to stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in Agile project coordination or team-level project management
• Solid understanding of Agile delivery rhythms and execution patterns
• Strong knowledge of Jira and Confluence
• Ability to maintain structure and clarity in fast-paced environments
• Interest in AI tools and automation practices
