Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Lead Agile teams and facilitate all core ceremonies
Manage project plans, timelines, risks, and dependencies
Own project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance tracking

Required Qualifications

5+ years in Agile project management or Scrum leadership
Experience delivering projects in Service Delivery / IT Operations
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow projects
Strong budgeting and financial tracking capabilities
Knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban)
