Agile Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Agile Project Manager to lead cross-functional delivery teams for enterprise data modernization and advanced analytics initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Agile delivery activities across cross-functional technical and business teams
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and manage Kanban workflows to optimize delivery
• Track project progress and communicate key performance indicators to stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• 5-7 years of project management experience with complex technical initiatives
• Minimum 3 years of experience applying Agile methodologies in enterprise environments
• Experience with Agile project management tools such as Azure Boards or Jira
• Strong understanding of Agile metrics and reporting best practices
• Experience in stakeholder management and organizational facilitation
