Agile Project Manager

Job Summary

Agile Project Manager, seeking a full-time professional to lead software development projects by managing timelines, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations while applying Agile best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end delivery of software initiatives, managing project plans and timelines
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and coach teams on Agile principles and practices
• Act as the primary delivery contact for stakeholders and ensure proactive risk management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in Agile project management, particularly in software development
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management tools like JIRA and Confluence
• Experience managing project budgets, timelines, and resources
• PMP or Agile-related certification preferred (PMI-ACP, SAFe, CSM, or equivalent)
