Agile Project Manager

Job Summary

Leading medium-scale IT projects with minimal oversight, the full-time IT Agile Project Manager II will manage Agile and hybrid projects from initiation to closeout, ensuring effective team execution and alignment across IT and business units in a fully remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Manage Agile and hybrid IT projects, establishing integrated project plans and schedules
• Coordinate with IT teams and stakeholders to align project scope, priorities, and schedules
• Proactively identify and manage risks, issues, and provide clear status reporting to stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Agile or project management certification (CSM, PMI-ACP, PMP, or equivalent)
• Experience managing the delivery of SaaS, COTS, or enterprise IT solutions
• Ability to guide teams toward improved Agile maturity and management disciplines
• Demonstrated success managing medium-complexity Agile or hybrid projects
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, with 3 years of progressive IT project management experience
