Agile Project Manager

Job Summary

Leading a large-scale agile software development program, the full-time Agile Project Manager will manage multiple workstreams throughout the system development lifecycle, ensuring project alignment with objectives, timelines, and budgets in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day management and coordination of agile software programs, including UX/UI design and deployment activities
• Establish and monitor project schedules, milestones, risks, and dependencies to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery
• Prepare and deliver status reports for executive leadership and maintain project artifacts, fostering strong relationships across teams and stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• Minimum of eight (8) years of experience supporting Agile software development programs
• Proven experience managing large-scale IT projects or complex technology initiatives
• Deep understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Federal or DoD "PUBLIC TRUST" clearance
