Agile Project Manager

Job Summary

Leading a large-scale agile software development program, the full-time Agile Project Manager will manage day-to-day project activities, oversee multiple workstreams across the full system development lifecycle, and ensure alignment with project objectives in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the planning, coordination, and execution of a large-scale agile software program
• Oversee project financials, schedules, milestones, risks, and dependencies to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery
• Serve as the primary point of contact for project activities, collaborating with Scrum teams and stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• Minimum of eight years of experience supporting Agile software development programs
• Proven experience managing large-scale IT projects or complex technology initiatives
• Deep understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Federal or DoD "PUBLIC TRUST" clearance
