Agile Project Manager

Job Summary

To support a leading technology company, the freelance Marketing and Technology Agile Project Manager will facilitate scrum cycles, manage cross-functional project statuses, and ensure operational excellence through data-driven reporting, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate monthly OKR reviews and manage quarterly planning processes to develop roadmaps and sprint plans
• Organize and facilitate scrum calls, including daily stand-ups and sprint planning sessions, ensuring productive meetings
• Coordinate project statuses across multiple vendors and compile sprint reporting to ensure timely completion and alignment

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in Agile project management and scrum facilitation
• Technical proficiency in task management tools and automation (e.g., App-Scripts)
• Experience in producing internal organizational newsletters
• Ability to manage complex timelines involving multiple external vendors
• Strong understanding of marketing technology and operations initiatives
