Agile Project Manager

Job Summary

To support the successful execution of agile programs, the remote Project Manager (Agile Content Delivery) will manage the coordination and operational aspects of multiple projects within an agile environment, ensuring adherence to agile principles and facilitating communication across teams.

Key responsibilities

• Support planning, execution, and delivery of complex agile programs by coordinating cross-functional teams and maintaining scope documentation
• Organize and lead key agile ceremonies while resolving operational roadblocks and ensuring consistent application of agile practices
• Identify, track, and manage cross-team dependencies and program risks, coordinating mitigation strategies with stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in a program or project coordination role, with at least 1 year in an agile environment
• Hands-on experience with agile project management tools such as Jira or Trello
• Strong understanding of agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and program management best practices
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field
• Agile certifications (e.g., CSM, CSPO) and experience with large-scale agile frameworks are a plus
