Job Summary

Driving high-impact projects, the full-time Agile Scrum Master will guide cross-functional teams through the Scrum framework, facilitating continuous improvement and delivering business value in a collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Guide teams through all aspects of the Scrum framework, facilitating sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
• Remove obstacles to team progress and promote a culture of continuous improvement
• Coach team members and stakeholders on Agile principles and best practices while tracking and communicating project progress, risks, and dependencies

Required qualifications

• 5-10 years of proven experience as a Scrum Master
• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies
• Strong track record of leading teams in Agile environments
• Expert facilitation and conflict resolution abilities
• Skilled in metrics tracking and reporting
