Required Qualifications

• Agile certifications such as SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), or PMI-ACP
• 10+ years of experience in agile coaching, program management, or portfolio management
• Extensive expertise in agile frameworks and tools, specifically Jira and Smartsheet
• Strong analytical skills with experience in agile metrics and reporting
• Proven leadership experience in driving agile transformation at scale
