Agile Software Engineer

Job Summary

Working remotely, the Agile Software Engineer will provide technical knowledge and analysis for the Army RF-ITV program, participating in all phases of software development while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive project success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in software development phases, focusing on planning, analysis, testing, integration, and documentation
• Analyze business needs to identify new processes or improvements, and establish user stories for project scope
• Coach and mentor teams on Agile values and practices, ensuring high-quality product delivery that meets customer expectations

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree with five years of experience or Associate's Degree with seven years of experience
• Experience leading Agile development in complex environments
• Knowledge of various Agile frameworks and methodologies
• Ability to coach and influence teams at different maturity levels
• T3/Secret eligibility
