Job Summary
A company is looking for an Agile Specialist to support software development efforts within engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead continuous planning and maintain engineering team schedules
- Track project milestones, dependencies, and deliverables to ensure timely completion
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and promote best practices to enhance team performance
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree is required
- 5+ years of experience as an Agile Specialist, Agile Coach, or Senior Scrum Master
- Experience in Agile program management
- Pharmaceutical industry experience is strongly preferred
- Agile and Scrum certifications are strongly preferred
