Job Summary

A company is looking for an Agile Specialist to track project milestones and ensure timely delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Track project milestones, dependencies, deliverables, and timelines to ensure projects stay on track
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and promote Agile best practices within the team
• Coordinate communication between teams and manage the product backlog in collaboration with stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in an Agile environment with methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban
• Proficiency in JIRA and Confluence
• Background in tech project management
• Experience with cross-functional collaboration in the tech industry
