Agile Specialist

Job Summary

To support ongoing project delivery, the contract Agile Specialist will track project milestones, manage team schedules, and facilitate Agile ceremonies while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a virtual environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Track project milestones, dependencies, deliverables, and timelines to ensure projects stay on track
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and promote best practices to enhance team performance
• Coordinate communication between engineering teams and stakeholders, ensuring proper resource planning

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in an Agile environment with methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban
• Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, and related tools
• Strong technical acumen in software development, including knowledge of data pipelines and AI/ML
• Direct experience leading teams and projects focused on AI/ML and Data Engineering
