Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Delivery Team Coach / Agile Coach (m/f/d).

Key Responsibilities

Facilitate Agile ceremonies to ensure timely delivery of solutions
Encourage team member participation and empowerment within their roles
Manage team-level risks and communicate progress to relevant stakeholders

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 3-5 years of applicable experience
Experience managing and updating work plans
Proven experience coaching and mentoring in agile practices
Familiarity with Azure DevOps or similar tools is preferred
Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks
